
Learn the basics of making wire links by creating beaded earrings and a bracelet. You will also learn how to make a matching wire ring. Wire links are a foundational skill which can be applied to many different designs. You are welcome to bring your own beads from home, but beads will also be provided to make sure they fit the wire provided in this workshop. Previous wire experience is
a plus, but this class is perfect for beginners!
At the end of class, students will have created 1 bracelet, 1 ring, and 1 pair of earring from copper wire.

Prerequisite: None
Class is 3 hours with a short break. We have a mini fridge and microwave, a separate conference room and a deck with a mountain view where you can relax on your break. We also have Nespresso coffee, tea, and snacks available for purchase.
Tools and Materials
Tools will be provided. If you do not have great eyesight be sure to bring your glasses or optivisor!
Materials kit fee is $15. Materials kit includes enough copper wire for the project as stated above. You are welcome to bring your own beads and sterling silver wire and findings, be sure to order at least 2 weeks before class)

About the instructor, Shawn Rybacki

Shawn has been studying the art of wire wrapping for nearly two decades. Originally from Philadelphia, she came to Colorado 6 years ago and became a mindfulness-based psychotherapist. Shawn loves teaching others how to wire wrap, especially beginners who may feel intimidated by the process. She is passionate about helping students learn how to embrace mistakes, work through frustration and creative block, and develop their own unique style!
