Cancellation Policy for Workshops

Because we 1: have limited seats in each class (6 people max), 2: we are ordering materials, and 3: need the proper amount of time to fill our classes, you may ask for a refund or transfer via a written request at least 14 days in advance from the start of a class, less a $25 administration fee.

  1. To transfer to another class or request a refund, please contact Jen at info@silverpeakstudio.com. Provide Jen with your name, the class that you registered for, and the name and date of class that you want to attend. Jen will respond via email within one business day.
  2. Class credit for a transfer expires at the end of the calendar year. No exceptions.
  3. Transfer fee to be paid via Venmo, Zelle, or cash. No credit cards.

If you cannot attend the class you registered for and its within the 14 day period, you will forfeit your registration fee and no transfers or credits will be given.

We understand emergencies (medical and life circumstances) happen. Exceptions will be made on a case-by-case basis and medical documentation may be requested as proof of a medical emergency. A credit will be issued, no refunds.

If you do not show for a class without prior notification, it will be considered a "no show" and no transfers or credit will be given. No exceptions.
