Cancellation Policy for Workshops

Refunds are available with a written request at least 30 days in advance from the start of a class, less a $25 administration fee.

Within 30 days of a class:

If you cannot make a class that you signed up for, you have the option to do a one-time transfer of your registration to a different class, less a $25 administrative transfer fee. Transfers must be done at least 72 hours before the start of class, which gives us time to call someone off the waitlist.

If you cannot attend the class you registered for and its within the 72 hour period, you will forfeit your registration fee and no transfers or credits will be given.

To transfer to another class, please contact Jen at info@silverpeakstudio.com. Provide Jen with your name, the class that you registered for, and the name and date of class that you want to attend. Jen will respond via email within 1 business day confirming the transfer.

If you do not show for a class without prior notification, it will be considered a "no show" and no transfers or credit will be given. No exceptions.
